ONLYROCKRADIO.COM
1.                   What's your name? My name is Allan Agard and I am a song writer with reggae group, The Conscious Underground.
2.                   Where are you from? Currently I reside in Canada but I was born on the Caribbean island of St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
3.                   Tell us how your journey has been from your beginnings until now. The musical journey has had a few challenges and is to be expected. However, those challenges have also lead to great moments and breakthroughs. Without struggle and sacrifice, there is no victory.

4.                   Tell us about your musical style, influences, ... Musically, we are from diverse backgrounds including jazz, rock, pop, folk, reggae and R&B. But we focused on reggae because of the spiritual elements contained within the music. All music that is conscious comes from divine inspiration. Our musical influences include but limited to, Santana, Bob Dylan, Stevie Wonder, Bob Marley, The Police, Third World, Burning Spear, Bruce Springsteen and many others.
5.                   What has been your last project? Currently we are working on a new single entitled “Never Ending Struggle”. We hope to release the new track in the coming days. The inspiration for the track came from the current political climate and the global struggle for human rights.
6.                   And the next thing you have planned?  We plan to put out a total of 5 singles as the bedrock of The Conscious Underground. Currently with the new single coming this week, we are at 3 of 5.
7.                   Upcoming concerts, events .... We have been doing a lot of radio interviews in North America and Africa. When we have the 5 song bedrock solidly in place, we will commence live performances at various festivals to create greater awareness of The Conscious Underground. This is all in line with our plan to release an album in 2019.
