        Clever progressive rock/metal..clean vocal harmonies, whacked OUT time signatures followed

        by whacked IN time signatures, Scandinavian drumming style​.

        By weaving through musical genres (psychedelic, prog-rock, funk/fusion metal) in order to offer

        an organically uncompromising sound that features unorthodox timings, powerful lyrics, and

        clever harmonizing vocals, 3rd World Leader produces a crisp and inspiring feel that is seldom

        found in local, if not national, musical environments. As is clearly evident to anyone whose brain

        stem is even partially intact, most "new" music is nothing more than the same old predictable

        songs, only with younger people playing them. In early 2013, a plan was hatched by 3rd World

        Leader to avoid falling into that rehashed crap category at all costs. 3WL is a four piece

        operation based out of northeast Ohio, forged from veteran members of the strong Cleveland

        scene (Pale Creation, Odious Sanction, Drawing Fire, A Few Askew). With all 4 members

        contributing to the writing process in every facet of every song, the hivemind collaboration

        ensures an ever evolving and unique style.
