new upcoming single being released by Oceans Apart & Ro Jordan on October 17th 2020.
After a triumphant
2019 featuring on BBC Introducing shows Oceans Apart & Ro decided to hit
the studio to record this exciting new modern day ballad. Both Acts were a
strong feature on the BBC Introducing in the midlands top 25 Artists in 2019
and are looking to make that list again in 2020.
Displaying Ro’s usual
excellent R&B & Pop vibes she displays vocal melodies that give this
ballad a new vibe and modern vocal phrasings, whilst Oceans Apart give their
trade mark Rock Sound and huge chorus melodies, This track a more melodic
calmer twist to Oceans Aparts usual Nu metal/Alt Rock Sound. The combination is
a match made in heaven which brings to the table this new commercial ballad
track mixed with different genres.
The video to the track
packs a moody vibe displaying emotions of needing time to have space from a
relationship and get lives back on track. Oceans Apart and Ro display this
perfectly in an atmospheric forest scene lashed with wind and rain clearly
seeing all emotions on the faces of the performers to pitch the story perfectly.
